I'm really very vexed over the matter of taking up the position as a captain.

Firstly, I don't find myself as committed as i used to be.
Secondly, I'm not physically very strong and my skills and swimming are not good enough.
Thirdly, I wouldn't have so much time for training at Queenstown which mean i won't improve and I'm pretty serious in getting As to pull my GPA up so that i can at least get into SIM.
Lastly, I can't speak for nuts, have to entertain the adviser and talk shit with them.

I have till latest this Monday to make up my mind. I'm really have no idea about this and i somehow doubt my ability to lead this team.

People give me some advises please !!
