Today, went S11 to have dinner with jia jun before training, if not same as monday, when i didn't eat anything and swim till my legs damn soft lah..haha..Then wnet to his house to slack and upload some pictures onto my blog =) haha..

I was super later for training today =) I had to do 12 laps of freestyle and breaststoke.. After that, ball handing with both hands above the water 12 laps with Andy, then another 12 laps of ball passing, the last one is fucking tired, butterfly breaststroke kick and freestyle 10 laps.

After training, we start camhoring, Edde's body is fucking nice lah.. This time no photoshop at all unlike the previous few photos.. haha.. After 1 year of training, Im still the smallest in the team lah..damn sian.. Give me another one year, i will grow bigger =) haha..
